Coaching
Sometimes you need more than a career conversation and a course of coaching sessions might be the best option for you*.
The first session will be a ‘chemistry check’ to ensure your coach is the right fit for you and your needs. After this you can book in further sessions.

1:1 Supporting Statement Mentoring
Beyond Preceptorship’s Mentoring Service provides structured, expert support from Mira Modhwadia to strengthen your job application*.
You will be asked to submit your personal statement and job description two weeks prior to your session, allowing time for a detailed review and written feedback.
Your 2‑hour mentoring package includes:
1 hour of application review
1 hour of an online live 1:1 session with Mira to refine your draft and discuss targeted improvements
After purchase, Mira will contact you to schedule your session and confirm submission dates for your documents.
1:1 Interview Skills Mentoring
These 1:1 sessions are ideal if you are actively searching for a new job. They can also be of help if you have previously attended interview and would like some further support and guidance*.
Your 2‑hour mentoring package includes:
1 hour of job description review and planning, prior to the online meeting
1 hour of an online, live 1:1 session with Annemarie Rohwer to talk through your job specification, how you meet this criteria and formulate possible questions. You will also talk through generic interview questions, complete a interview preparation check and ask your own questions about the interview.
You can add an optional extra 1 hour which includes
How to use the STAR method in interview
Complete 3-5 practice questions
Feedback and Debrief
After purchase, Annemarie will email you to schedule your session and confirm submission dates for your documents.
You will be asked to submit your job description, job/role specifications and your CV** or brief outline of previous experience a minimum of two weeks prior to your session, allowing time for a review and planning for the 1:1 session.
