We offer a range of educational programmes designed to help you progress your career. Our Beyond Preceptorship programme covers the 4 pillars of practice and we have some speciality modules, for example our research course.

We also offer Preceptorship consulting, career conversations and coaching services.

Preceptorship is the name of a programme of structured support and learning that newly qualified healthcare practitioners complete within their first year of work.

NHS and HCPC AHP Preceptorship frameworks (2024) recommend providing Beyond Preceptorship (also known as Foundation Support) education programmes and support for Allied Health Professionals after this first year. This could include transitioning from one band to another, moving from acute to independent practice, into research, education or returning from a career break, including parental leave.

These course have been designed using our expert knowledge of Allied Health Professionals. We recognise the benefits of working together, so we welcome any health care professionals, as long as the course criteria fits your needs.

If you have been awarded CPD or other funding through your organisation, you may be able to use this to pay for your course. We advise that you check this with your organisation before booking.

Our course dates will be available in advance and we recommend keeping these dates/times free for the course.

However, we recognise that life happens and there will be times when you cannot attend due to sickness or unexpected leave. We cannot offer refunds for missed sessions, but will organise a swap with another cohort so that you do not miss out on this training.
